Aurora Realty Consultants, U.S. was founded as McPeek Williams Real Estate Services in 2001 and offers a full range of professional services to retailers, including market positioning and site selection, store development and lease negotiation, as well as lease renewals, rent restructuring and negotiated terminations. In early 2008, we joined forces with Aurora Realty Consultants, Inc., allowing us to offer the same excellent client services in all of North America.

With more than 20 years retail leasing experience, our working knowledge of malls, lifestyle centers and other retail venues, and the strong relationships we have built with landlords, we are very effective in assisting retailers with the complexities of establishing a well-planned real estate strategy to expand their operations while protecting their interests and maximizing profitability.
